Want Long hair style-Here is How to grow long hair

Many people want long hair to have the opportunity to have any long hair style they want! After all it is what seems to be in fashion, long hair styles usually symbolized healthy hair.

So how does one grow their hair longer? For one to grow your hair longer you need to make sure that you protect it from the environment and wear and tear, environmental factors like exposure to the sun, wind, blow drying, curling irons and other heat styling tools, even shampooing and brushing, will combine together to gradually erode your hair and make it difficult to grow your hair long.  All this environmental exposure will eventually cause split ends that will, in turn, result in your hair breaking off.

You have to also use proper brushing to grow long hair, simply brush enough to distribute the natural oils from your scalp to the rest of your hair. This will help your hair grow long.

Understand that human hair grows at a different rate for each individual person. The best way to grow long hair is to keep healthy and eat a good healthy diet as well.  The immune system is key to healthy hair growth and food plays a big part in the health of your immune system which reflects on your skin and rate of hair growth.

stop smoking, caffeine and carbonated sodas which will weaken your immune system and stop your hair growth potential.
Eat a "hair growth diet" that includes plenty of good protein, vitamins and minerals, especially iron.  You need protein to grow long hair so try fish, poultry without skin, lean beef, eggs, and dairy products.
Fruits and vegetables are crucial for long hair growth and these include lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains, and beans.
The most important thing to grow long hair is avoid foods that are high in sugar or fat.
Treat your hair like a piece of fine old lace. Treat it carefully avoiding any unnecessary brushing, combing or handling.  In fact, allow it to be in its natural state and try to minimize the use of commercial hair product.
To prevent hair loss doesn’t use hot water, hot blow dryers or other hair care tools that may stress and damage your hair.

Be sure to have a weekly scalp massage to provide hair growth stimulation to the hair follicles.
